Day 1: Chicken & Vegetable Fajitas with Homemade Salsa, Green Salad with Basic Vinaigrette
Day 2: Pot Roast with Vegetables, Poached Pears
Day 3: Chicken Noodle Soup, Sauteed Pork with Shallot Mushroom Pan Sauce, Chocolate Brownie with Caramel Sauce
Day 4: Oven-Roasted Vegetables, Roasted Chicken Breast, Orange Pound Cake with Citrus Glaze
Day 5: Mystery Basket Cookoff using the skills & techniques learned during the week
